We face a number of challenges with scheduling this year, but we realize how important it is to have an idea of when games and practices will be before you can know if your child will be able to fit baseball in with his or her other activities. So while we do need to reserve the right to make some adjustments, we hope to be able to stick to the schedule described below. We appreciate your understanding.

TENTATIVE SPRING SCHEDULING INFORMATION:

Tee Ball (5-6YO by Aug 31)

SIGNIFICANT CHANGES FROM PAST YEARS!

Program to start on or around May 9th and run until early-/mid-July. Each team will have TWO workouts per week.
Workout 1: Monday OR Wednesday evening 5:30 for 45 minutes to 1 hour
Workout 2: Saturday, either morning or afternoon (we are trying to avoid conflicts with Mr. C’s).
The goal is for 10 weeks/20 workouts.

All other divisions to start the week following April vacation and run through early-/mid-June

Jr. Farm (7YO by Aug 31)

Monday 6:30-7:30
Friday 6:00-7:30

Farm (8YO by Aug 31)

Tuesday 6:00-7:30
Thursday 6:00-7:30

Minors (9-10YO by Aug 31)

Unfortunately no set schedule for games, but there will be two per week on average. Teams should expect to play any weekday evening 5:30-7:30, or Saturday morning or afternoon. An occasional Sunday make up game may be necessary, but we try to avoid it for the sake of Lacrosse. There are regular Thursday evening group workouts (practices) for ALL teams, but those are not strictly required.

Majors (11-12 YO by Aug 31)

Similar to Minors, teams should expect to play an average of two games per week but on any weekday evenings, with Friday night games starting at either 5:30 or 7:30 under the lights. Saturday games are to be expected as well.

Juniors (13-15YO by Aug 31)

This year we expect to play in an inter-town league with other members of the District 8 Little League division. As such, we have very little information nor control with respect to the scheduling. We will keep you posted as we learn more, but we will delay applying late fees for Juniors registrations until we can provide some schedule details. All games will be played away, as we will not have a full-size diamond available in Scituate at any point during the Spring season. We encourage you to register if your child is considering playing. Should the schedule prove to be too problematic for them, we will be glad to refund the registration fees if you elect to withdraw before the season begins, and with proof of enrollment in other conflicting activities.
